无论什么时候使用USPEX，在所有出版物或者报告中必须在原文中指明，例如以下面这种方式：

“Crystal structure prediction was performed using the USPEX code , based on an evolutionary algorithm developed by Oganov, Glass, Lyakhov and Zhu and featuring local optimization, real-space representation and flexible physically motivated variation operators”.
